The Trust is run by a board of volunteer trustees — former staff, governors, parents and pupils of Hethersett Old Hall School.
Nicky Barber

I have been a Modern Foreign Languages teacher for over 30 years and I have worked in both state and independent schools. I joined HOHS in 2004 and taught Spanish across the Prep School and the Senior School. I took up the role of Head of MFL in 2015. I became a trustee in January 2026.
Jo Collin
Trustee
I have been a secondary school science teacher for over 30 years, teaching in both the state sector and the independent sector. I worked at Hethersett Old Hall School from 2012 to 2019 and was Deputy Head from 2014 to 2019. My daughter also attended HOHS and so I have been lucky enough to experience the school as both a teacher and a parent. I became a Trustee for the HOHS Trust in June 2025.
Jane Grove

I was a geography and science teacher for 39 years, teaching in a variety of establishments including tertiary colleges, primary schools as well as state and independent secondary schools. I worked at HOHS for 20 years, from 1999 to 2019, as Head of Humanities and in charge of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. I organised many trips abroad to locations such as Iceland, Canada, Italy and Switzerland. I became a trustee of the HOHS Trust in January 2026.
Peter Hazell

A former Governor (and Parent) of Hethersett Old Hall School. Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer who has lived and worked in Norfolk for 35 years in property and business asset appraisal and sales. Outside of professional activities he is also a Trustee of Disaster Aid UK, focussing on the delivery of aid to disaster zones throughout the world. Other interests include travel, hockey, cycling, skiing and sailing with his family whenever they feel brave enough!
Beccs Kemm

I attended Hethersett Old Hall School from 1995 to 2003 as both a boarder and day pupil. I gained a degree in e-Business after Hethersett encouraged my passion for IT. I now work in tech as a Senior Product Manager and live in Leeds, where I’m also a Director of a CIC for my village.
Nathalie Roberts

I have worked in Education in various capacities for the past 35 years. I started my career as a teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, eventually becoming Director of Studies and Deputy Head Academic for an independent school in Suffolk. I also served as a school inspector for 7 years. I was honoured to lead a SEND Unit (Cognition and Interaction) in Felixstowe between February 2022 and September 2023.
I joined the board of governors for HOHS in June 2018 and became a Trustee for the HOHS Trust in June 2019.
